BPR was formed in 2007 in Western New York with an initial focus on Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), cost reduction, and increasing efficiencies within manufacturing and service industries. The company quickly transitioned into financial and accounting support for start-up companies with a successful capital raise of $17.5 million for an emerging medical device company located in Buffalo, NY. This led to a four year relationship with the company and several follow-on clients interested in raising capital, setting up accounting systems, generating their first sales revenues, reducing internal costs, and improving overall efficiencies without taking on the high costs associated with hiring a permanent employee.
In 2017 BPR relocated to Denver, Colorado to engage with the local burgeoning biotechnology start-up scene resulting in a long-term relationship with an early stage digital health/medical device entity which we guided from idea to their first successful pre-clinical trial. Currently, we are building our functional expertise through other CFO consultants that are Operating Partners with BPR. This also includes strengthening our industry focus into SaaS, oil & gas, technology, and logistics/transportation. In addition, we are not limited to the Denver, Colorado area and have a client base that spans from East Coast to West Coast.
